HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS FROM HERE:

For your information, your access to the selection website has been de-activated.  It is likely you want the information about your potential donor’s profile for your long-term records.  We are able to forward you a PDF file of this information once all documentation is complete.  Here is what happens from here:

1. We will contact your selected donor and make certain she is still interested in participating in the process.
2. We will then contact you to verify that we are able to proceed.  This usually takes between 1 and 4 days, but usually closer to 1 day.
3. THE NEXT STAGES:
   • Contact your fertility center of choice
   • Schedule any remaining tests (if any)
   • Finalize all documentation
   • Begin Treatment
